Katharine over the weekend, "Mom how do you do curse off?"
Me "Katharine, I am not sure what you are talking about? In my mind I am imagining two little kids yelling curse words at each other...
Katharine somewhat irritated "CURSE OFF Mom, you know how!"
Me "Katharine I really don't know."
Katharine "You do know, like when you write a check you do curse off."
Me "OH, cursive - like writing!"
Katharine with a well yeah attitude "Yes, that's what I said curse off."
And then we began trying to write her name in cursive, even though I hear they might eliminate learning cursive in schools, such a shame if they do!
