Headed out to the cabin for a weekend of fun with the neighbors. We went into "town", Fairplay for an afternoon of fun. Had a nice picnic, played frisbee golf (what fun - who would have guessed) for the first time. Katharine got stung by a bee and handled it like a champ. It was a nice weekend away from town and the heat. Rained lots and cooled it down so much, couldn't have asked for a better weekend.

Robert told Katharine she could go for a walk in the forest all by herself and keep walking until she heard daddy whistle and then she had to come back! She actually got about 250 feet away until I got a little worried I couldn't see her, Daddy whistled and she came back. We were both so proud that she didn't get scared and actually liked exploring. I got this photo of her on the way back from her adventure. She went out again by herself too, with our permission of course.
