I was lucky enough to snatch up some tickets to the Rockies game last week from a co-worker that didn't want to go...the Rocks aren't playing all the great if you didn't know... So my mom, dad, Robert and I went down with the kiddos and parked next to the stadium with the parking pass that was included (a real treat) and headed into the suite. Well it just so happened that the President of
Aramark was making rounds at Coors Field that night so the food was absolutely positively out of this world. I wish I had the pics to post, but my mom took all those photos. There were shrimp that were huge, buffalo jalapeno sausage, seared
Ahi tuna steaks, buffalo fillets on garlic mashed potatoes and then a fruit and cheese display that was out of this world. Needless to say when I asked Robert if he wanted to go to the game in the suite (his 1st time) and it would be catered...we were both thinking Nachos and
hot dogs.
Here is Katharine watching batting practice and Lincoln sleeping before the 1st pitch!
A rare family shot and a group shot before we left.
I hate to admit it, but we did leave early (kiddos you know) and the game was the longest game in the history of Coors Field to go scoreless. Tied 0 - 0 in the ninth and we got home in time to see the Rockies win it 1 - 0!!
